Easy Tiramisu Recipe

Ingredients:

100g Mascarpone

200g sweet cream

Sugar

Waffles

Milk

Espresso 

Cocoa


Recipe instructions:


Whip the Mascarpone cheese and a little sweet cream in a mixer till you have a uniform texture. In a 

separate bowl, mix remaining sweet cream with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Combine the 2 creams with a 

folding movement.

Mix the espresso, milk and sugar. Spread the waffles within the liquid and place them at the bottom of 

the serving glasses. Sprinkle the Mascarpone cream from above and spread cacao from on top prior to 

serving.
