3 Refreshing Yogurt Soup ideas Chilled Summer Soups with Cucumbers, Avocado and Dill



Ingredients -

1 avocado

1 handful of fresh dill

3 persian cucumbers

34 oz yogurt

Salt

8 cloves garlic, minced

1 handful fresh mint

Pine nuts




Step-by-Step Instructions:


1. Prepare 3 bowls with ~11 oz of yogurt in each.

2. Peel and remove the seed from the avocado. Half the cucumbers, scoop out the seeds, and slice.

3. In one bowl, add the avocado, dill, and a pinch of salt. Blend well and set aside.

4. In another bowl, add 4 cloves minced garlic, mint, cucumbers, and a pinch of salt. Blend well and set aside.
