Cinnabobs - Beef Kebabs On Cinnamon Sticks
½ lb lamb
½ lb veal
1 onion, shredded
1 cup parsley
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baharat
Preheat the oven to 360°F / 180°C.
In a bowl, combine the lamb, veal, shredded onion, parsley, salt, and baharaat. Mix well.
Then, take a cinnamon stick and wrap it ¾ of the way with the meat mixture. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Repeat this step until all of the meat is used.
Bake the kebabs in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
