Kashkavlitos Vegetarian





Ingredients -

1 package filo dough

1 cup melted butter

2 cups kashkaval cheese




Step-by-Step Instructions:


1. Defrost the filo dough in the refrigerator overnight.

2. Preheat the oven to 400F.

Unroll a rectangle of filo dough.

Spread with butter and sprinkle with kashkaval cheese.

Cut the rectangle into 6 squares.

Cut 6 strips into each square leaving about an inch of space before the end of the square.

Roll the dough of each square from one corner to the opposite corner, and connect the ends of the roll creating a circle shape.

Bake for 25 minutes.
