Today’s recipe is Alphors and is dedicated to my husband, Eyal.

Alphors with condensed milk and coconut.


100g butter

85g flour

150g cornflower

½ spoon drinking soda

½ spoon baking soda

3 egg yolks (2 if L)

80g sugar

1 lemon zest

1 spoon vanilla extract

Condensed milk

Grated coconut


  1. Mix the egg yolks and butter with the sugar at room temperature. Add the lemon zest and a teaspoon of vanilla extract.

  2. Place the flour and cornstarch with baking powder and baking soda. Mix with your hands to create dough.

  3. Roll out the dough so that it has a thickness of ½” (not too thick).

  4. Doing circles Title 6 cm and place in a baking paper with.

  5. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Bake the dough for 8-10 minutes.

  6. Once the cookies have cooled, take a pastry bag and sprinkle the bottom of one cookie and close with the bottom of another cookie. Cover the perimeter with condensed milk and close with the coconut chips.
