LABANE - Lebanese Soft Home Cheese
5 cups greek yogurt
A pinch of salt
1. Prepare your setup by placing a large bowl on the counter with a colander inside of it, and a cheesecloth draped inside the colander.
2. Pour 5 cups of greek yogurt and some salt directly into the cheesecloth.
3. Tie the cloth closed and let sit refrigerated for 24 hours.
4. After 24 hours untie the cloth and transfer the cheese to a serving plate. Garnish with zaatar and olive oil.
